In the article titled “Phylogenetic classification of the whole-genome sequences of SARS-CoV-2 from India & evolutionary trends”, published on pages 166-174, Issue 1 & 2, Volume 153 of Indian Journal of Medical Research[1], the name of the eighth author is written incorrectly as “Manohar L. Choudhury” instead of “Manohar L. Choudhary”.
